This website showcases our jewellery collections and services and helps you contact us. We do not sell products or accept payments on this website. All purchases are completed at our showrooms and are governed by the invoice issued at the time of purchase.
2. Product information
- Photographs are representative. Because our jewellery is handcrafted, the actual design, colour, finish, size and weight of a piece may vary slightly.
- Weights, purities and descriptions shown online or over messaging are indicative. The final details are those recorded on your invoice and, where applicable, the hallmark or certificate.
- Availability of any design is subject to stock and may change without notice.
3. Prices and gold rates
Gold and silver rates change daily. Rates shared on this website, on social media or over WhatsApp/RCS/SMS are for information only. The final price is calculated at the time of purchase from the prevailing metal rate, net weight, making charges, stone or other charges and applicable taxes (including GST), and is stated on your invoice.
4. Hallmarking and certification
Gold jewellery we sell is BIS hallmarked with a unique HUID as required by law. Diamonds and gemstones are supplied with certificates (such as GIA or IGI) where stated at the time of sale.
5. Offers and promotions
Offers (for example, discounts on making charges) are valid only for the period, products and showrooms stated, are subject to availability and their specific terms, and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We may modify or withdraw an offer at any time, without affecting purchases already completed.
6. EMI, financing and gold loans
EMI, financing or gold-loan facilities may be offered by or through third-party partners and are subject to their eligibility criteria, approval and terms.
7. Communications
When you share your contact details with us and give consent, we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS or email as described in our Messaging Policy and Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
